Eco-Science Lab
Real tools for real discovery. We examine bugs, test water physics, and learn about local biology with hands-on experiments.

Process-based art that gets messy. From painting to building with recycled materials, we stretch our imaginations daily.
Radical Movement
Bodies in motion. Organized group games, obstacle courses, and yoga to burn energy and build coordination.

A Day Built for Big Energy
Every Sprouts day balances creativity, movement, and outdoor play so campers stay engaged, confident, and happily exhausted. Base Camp days are full on their own, packed with science, art, games, and park time from drop-off to pick-up.

The Adventure Add-On turns a great camp day into a true field experience with guided van trips to nearby State Parks. Campers explore rivers, forests, and trails, then return to Base Camp buzzing with stories and confidence.
How It Fits Into the Day
Morning adventures check-in and load straight into the vans. They return in time for lunch, while afternoon trips leave after lunch and return right at pick-up. The flow stays smooth, familiar, and stress-free while giving kids the thrill of going somewhere new.

What to Pack for Sprouts
Day Pack/ Backpack: Big enough to carry all personal items.
Lunch: Pack a nutritious lunch and extra snacks. Kids burn more calories on R.A.D. Camps days and get hungry fast.
Water Bottle: A full water bottle to stay hydrated
Clothing:
Indoor outfit: Comfortable clothes for art activities, Including closed-toed shoes.
Outdoor outfit: Clothes that can get wet and dirty but offer sun protection. Include water shoes for outdoor activities.
* If you are on a morning fieldtrip, please come to camp wearing your outdoor clothes!
Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen before arriving at camp and pack extra for reapplication.
Hat and Sunglasses: For additional sun protection.

We follow the same air quality and weather guidelines as Bend-La Pine Schools and BPRD. If air quality is unhealthy or weather is severe, we move activities indoors at Seven Peaks School. We rarely cancel camp.

Yes. Many campers stay at Base Camp for a full day. Van trips are completely optional.

Campers must be fully potty trained and able to listen to safety instructions in a group setting.

Sprouts activities focus on shallow water play “Splashing”. Life Jackets are not needed.

Parents do not need to provide car seats. R.A.D. Sprouts supplies car seats and booster seats for all participants, using high-quality equipment designed for safety and comfort.
During registration, parents specify whether their child needs a full car seat or booster. We install and prepare the correct seat for each camper in advance.

Small school buses designed for younger campers with built-in multi-point harnesses
Ford Transit vans with individual seating and shoulder belts, equipped with our car seats or boosters
Parents are welcome to bring their own car seat or booster if they prefer.
The "Early Bird" Start
Gentle mornings for busy families.
Need to get to work before camp kicks off? Drop your camper off early at our Seven Peaks basecamp. We provide a "soft start" to the day with playground play, board games, and low-key activities. It’s a relaxed way for kids to wake up, burn some morning energy, and connect with guides before the main adventures begin.

Activities: Playground play, art, and reading corner.
Cost: $15 per day (Select days at checkout)
The "Sunset" Hangout
Flexible pickup for a stress-free afternoon.
Work day running late? No problem. After the vans return, we keep the fun going at the campus. This isn't just "waiting room" time—it's supervised free play where campers can unwind, work on creative projects in the Studio, or play outdoor games with friends. We provide a healthy snack to keep energy levels up until you arrive.

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Pickup available anytime)
Activities: Studio time, outdoor free play, and group games.
