About R.A.D. Camps
Since 2008, R.A.D. Camps has inspired a lifelong love for nature through outdoor adventures based in Bend, Oregon. Serving kids ages 4 to 17, we offer unique programs that blend recreation, environmental stewardship, and unstructured play in the stunning Deschutes and Willamette National Forests.
Our mission is to empower youth through hands-on exploration, fostering creativity, resilience, and a deep connection to the natural world. Guided by "Leave No Trace" principles, we aim to teach respect for the environment while promoting our motto, “No Child Left Inside!”
What makes us unique is our team of passionate guides—many of whom were once campers themselves—who ensure each adventure is safe, educational, and unforgettable. Whether it’s hiking, team-building, or leadership training, R.A.D. Camps provides transformative experiences for every young explorer.

There is nothing better than your kid spending the day hiking, swimming, caving and making new friends, including frogs! R.A.D.
