Help bring kids back outdoors. R.A.D. Camps operates Monday-Friday from June to September. We’re looking for passionate applicants who love outdoor adventures and working with kids ages 4-17. With 5 vans and over 50 locations, you’ll explore a new site almost every day all summer long! Apply now for a chance to be part of this amazing journey. Lead youth day camps through engaging outdoor adventures in Central Oregon. R.A.D. Guides create safe, memorable experiences by fostering creativity, environmental stewardship, and teamwork. Perfect for nature enthusiasts passionate about inspiring the next generation of adventurers.

Oversee the R.A.D. Sprouts program for children ages 4-6, combining outdoor exploration and creative indoor activities. This leadership role ensures program quality through curriculum development, staff mentoring, and client engagement. Ideal for leaders with a passion for early childhood education.

Support young learners in their journey of discovery! Sprouts Guides lead nature activities, while Sprouts Teachers foster creativity through engaging indoor lessons. Both roles contribute to a nurturing and adventurous environment for children aged 4-6.
